Abstract:
A method for manufacturing an atomization core (100), which comprises: preparing at least two fixed bases (110), wherein each fixed base (110) has a mount positioning face (110a), a first abutment face (110b) and a second abutment face (110c); providing a conductive sheet assembly (20), wherein the conductive sheet assembly (20) comprises at least two conductive sheets (22), and each pair of adjacent conductive sheets (22) are connected together; pressing each conductive sheet (22) of the conductive sheet assembly (20) against the mount positioning face (110a) of a corresponding fixed base (110); cutting each pair of adjacent conductive sheets (22), and separately bendingly forming a first conductive part (22b) of each conductive sheet (22) on a surface of the first abutment face (110b), and bendingly forming a second conductive part (22c) of each conductive sheet (22) on a surface of the second abutment face (110c).
