Disclosed in the present application are an atomizer and an atomization main body thereof. The atomizer comprises an atomization main body and an atomization head assembly, wherein a rotating sleeve and a push shaft are provided in the center of one end of the atomization main body, and an electrode is provided at a position deviating from the center thereof; a push part is provided on a side portion of the atomization main body; a linkage mechanism is provided between the push part and the rotating sleeve, and a linkage mechanism is provided between the push part and the push shaft; a reset device for the push shaft and the push part is provided inside the atomization main body; the atomization head assembly is rotatably assembled to the push shaft, is in transmission fit with the rotating sleeve, and comprises a plurality of single atomization heads; the plurality of single atomization heads are distributed on a circumference which takes the rotation center of the atomization head assembly as the circle center; and an electrode of one single atomization head is connected to the electrode of the atomizer main body. The switching between the single atomization heads of the atomizer can be performed just by means of pushing the push part, so that the operation is very convenient.
