Abstract:
An atomizer and an electronic cigarette. The atomizer comprises an atomizer body and an atomizing core (3); an e-liquid storage cavity (101) is formed in the atomizer body; the atomizing core (3) is located in the e-liquid storage cavity (101); an atomizing channel (306) is formed in the atomizing core (3); a vent hole (305) used for enabling the e-liquid storage cavity (101) to be communicated with the atomizing channel (306) is formed in the wall of the atomizing core (3); the atomizer further comprises a sealing sleeve (10); the sealing sleeve (10) is arranged inside the atomizing core (3) or outside the atomizing core (3) and is arranged corresponding to the vent hole (305); a vent channel (1001) is formed between the sealing sleeve (10) and the wall of the atomizing core (3); the vent channel (1001) is communicated with the vent hole (305) and the vent channel (1001) leads to the outside of the sealing sleeve (10). By means of the vent channel (1001), when there is an air pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the e-liquid storage cavity (101), air pressure balance between the inside and the outside of the e-liquid storage cavity (101) can be maintained by means of pressure relief by the vent channel (1001).
