Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of composite materials, and relates to a high impact-resistant wood-plastic helmet composite material, and a preparation method. Wood long fibers are subjected to secondary pretreatment, such that the long fiber structure of the pre-dispersed wood long fibers can be reserved and is easy to disperse; a double-stage twin-screw extruder is further used, and a first-stage screw extruder is used to fully melt an ABS system; and the secondary-treated wood long fibers and the ABS system are dispersed in a second-stage screw extruder, such that not only are the wood long fibers efficiently dispersed in the ABS system, but the long fibers are completely reserved, avoiding damage to the long fibers caused by over-shearing. In the resulting wood-plastic helmet composite material, the wood long fibers are crossed and entangled with each other to achieve a good reinforcing effect and significantly improved impact resistance.
