Abstract:
An atomizing nozzle with an auxiliary heating device suitable for use in a rapid freezing environment, suitable for freeze-drying preparation of ultra-fine aerosol particles such as a biological sample and a dry powder sample in an ultra-low temperature environment. The atomizing nozzle comprises an air channel connector (1), a nozzle body (2), a liquid channel connector (3), a heating ring (4), a thermal control module (5), a thermal insulation shell (6), a cryogenic tank flange (7), a sprayer (8), and a sealing ring (9). Auxiliary heating and temperature control of the thermal control device enable the nozzle to smoothly achieve atomization in an ultra-low temperature environment, atomize a liquid biological sample into fine droplets, and quickly freeze the droplets to form fine frozen ice crystals in the ultra-low temperature environment formed using liquid nitrogen, and then sublimate the fine frozen ice crystals to prepare dry powder particles.
