Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a novel pivotably-mounted device which can accommodate various widths of rotating members and which can be easily and repeatedly attached/detached, and which can further prevent the occurrence of loosening due to vibrations. [Solution] A bolt (2) is fixed to a body to be attached (A) by a lower nut (4), and then an upper nut (3) having a boss (32) that rotatably supports a rotating member (B) is fastened to the bolt (2). An engagement recess (41) into which the boss (32) is fitted is provided in the lower nut (4). The outer peripheral surface of the boss (32) and the inner peripheral surface of the engagement recess (41) are both configured in a straight cylindrical shape, and the outer peripheral surface of the boss (32) is slightly eccentric relative to a female thread hole (3a) so that a pressing force in a direction orthogonal to the axis acts on both nuts (3, 4) when the boss (32) is fitted into the engagement recess (41).
