Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to measure a moving body projected in a relayed video and the speed of the moving body, and provide the measurements as supplementary information about the video. This audiovisual assistance device is provided with: a means for cutting out, at a prescribed time interval from a relayed video in which a moving body that moves from a first location to a second location is regarded as a photographic subject, an image in which the moving body is projected; a means for estimating the speed of the moving body on the basis of a change in a background image of the image in which the moving body is projected; a means for specifying the moving body on the basis of a form of the moving body projected in the image; and a means for outputting information about the specified moving body, and the estimated speed of the moving body.
