Abstract:
Provided are a basic dye composition containing a basic dye represented by formula (1) and at least one type of basic dye represented by formulas (2) through (3), and a dyeing method and dyed article using the composition. In formula (2), R1 represents a (C1–C3) alkyl group or a cyano (C1–C3) alkyl group. In formula (3), R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a (C1–C3) alkoxy group. In formulas (1) through (3), X– represents OH–, CH3SO4
–, or a halide ion.
