Abstract:
Provided is an authorization device with which it is possible to perform authentication on a user's payment process without increasing costs. In an authorization server 100, a determination unit 102 functions as a communication information acquisition unit for acquiring an IP address list pertaining to a user's communication terminal, e.g., a mobile terminal 500. An authorization control unit 101 functions as a payment information acquisition unit for acquiring a payment terminal IP address of the mobile terminal 500 at the time of operation for payment by the user. The determination unit 102 determines, on the basis of the IP address list and the payment terminal IP address acquired by the authorization control unit 101, whether payment by the mobile terminal 500 is possible.
