Abstract:
An automated precision operating platform for preventing drilling deviation of a cylindrical workpiece, comprising a feeding device (1), a drilling device (2), and a discharge device (3). The feeding device (1) comprises a first slideway (1a) horizontally provided on one side of the drilling device (2), a feeding row plate (1b) provided on the first slideway (1a) and in slide fit to the first slideway (1a), and two first linkage mechanisms (1c) driving the feeding row plate (1b) to slide on the first slideway (1a). Each first linkage mechanism (1c) comprises a linkage assembly and a drive motor (1c2) that drives the linkage assembly to rotate. Two sides of the feeding row plate (1b) are respectively provided with a third slideway (1c8) in slide fit to the two linkage assemblies. The drilling device (2) comprises a clamping device (2a), a drilling mechanism (2b) located on the side of the clamping device (2a), and a positioning mechanism (2c) in slide fit to the clamping device (2a). the discharge mechanism comprises a second slideway (3a) parallel to the first slideway (1a), a discharge row plate (3b), and two second linkage mechanisms (3c). The operating platform can avoid bigger errors caused by drill bit deviation, reduce the defective rate of the workpiece, and avoid the unnecessary cost waste.
