Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of intelligent manufacturing, and specifically discloses an automatic batching system for preparation of lithium hexafluorophosphate and a batching method of the automatic batching system. By using an artificial intelligence control method, implicit feature extraction is carried out on a correlation matrix of gas flow rate values of phosphorus pentafluoride gas and reaction temperature values at a plurality of predetermined time points and a liquid chromatogram of a reaction liquid by using a convolutional neural network model, so that in the preparation process of a lithium hexafluorophosphate product, the flow rate of the introduced phosphorus pentafluoride gas in the reaction process and the reaction temperature change are dynamically and cooperatively controlled in real time, thereby improving the preparation efficiency of the lithium hexafluorophosphate product.
