Abstract:
An automatic bread maker (1) comprises: a body (10) in which a containing section (30) is provided, the containing section (30) containing a bread container (80) into which a bread material is introduced; a lid body (40) which is attached to the body (10) and opens and closes the containing section (30); a crushing section (92) which, within the bread container (80) contained in the containing section (30), crushes cereal grains; and a bread material storage container (110) in which a bread material is contained, the bread material being introduced into the bread container (80) after the cereal grains are crushed. The lid body (40) is provided with a holding section (45) which holds the bread material storage container (110) in such a manner that the bread material storage container (110) can be attached to and detached from the holding section (45). The bread material storage container (110) is provided with mounting mechanisms (116, 117) which enable the bread material storage container (110) to be attached to and detached from the holding section (45).
