Abstract:
This automatic driving control device is provided with: a vehicle control unit (14) which is configured to enable the vehicle to automatically travel in accordance with travel conditions set in advance; a speed restriction detection unit (S120-S140, S180-S204) which, during automatic driving of the vehicle by the vehicle control unit, on the basis of information obtained from outside of the vehicle, detects a restricted location where the speed limit is set to less than the travel conditions and which outputs a deceleration command to the vehicle control unit; and a notification signal output unit (S145-S170) which, if a restricted location is detected by the speed restriction detection unit, outputs a signal to an information presenting unit (26) to notify passengers that the vehicle has entered a restricted location.
