Abstract:
An automatic feeding device of a side hub cap injection molding machine, the device comprising a base (1), a first pillar (2), a first air cylinder (3), a second pillar (4), a connecting plate (5), a material storage pipe (6), a second air cylinder (7), an air cylinder pushrod (8), a sliding sealing plate (9), a bottom cover (10), an electric motor (11), a driving wheel (12), a driven wheel (13), a synchronous belt (14) and a cylindrical bearing (15), wherein the bottom of the first pillar (2) is mounted on the base (1) by means of the cylindrical bearing (15); the second pillar (4) is positioned above the first pillar (2); the bottom of the second pillar (4) is connected to the first pillar (2) by means of the first air cylinder (3); one end of the connecting plate (5) is connected to a side surface of the second pillar (4); the air cylinder pushrod (8) is connected to the second air cylinder (7); the sliding sealing plate (9) is mounted at a middle part of the air cylinder pushrod (8); and the bottom cover (10) is mounted at the bottom of the air cylinder pushrod (8). The device can realize spatial movement of the material storage pipe (6) by means of collaborative cooperation between the first air cylinder (3), the electric motor (11), the driving wheel (12), the driven wheel (13) and the synchronous belt (14), and can accurately suck molten aluminum by means of the material storage pipe (6), the sliding sealing plate (9) and the bottom cover (10).
