Abstract:
Provided is a multifunctional carbon dioxide petri dish, said petri dish comprising: a top cover (1) and a housing (2), said upper cover (1) being provided with a display screen (11), a camera (12), and a light source (13), said camera (12) being electrically connected to said display screen (11); said housing (2) is connected to an oxygen storage bottle (3), a carbon dioxide storage bottle (4), a humidifier (5), a heater (6), and a controller (7); the housing (2) is internally provided with a moving part (21), a culture container (22), an oxygen sensor (23), a carbon dioxide sensor (24), a humidity sensor (25), a temperature sensor (26), and an alarm (27), said culture container being located above said moving part (21) and following said moving part (21) in movement, a first solenoid valve (31) being disposed between said oxygen storage bottle (3) and said housing (2), and a second solenoid valve (41) being disposed between said carbon dioxide storage bottle (4) and said housing (2). The described petri dish enables real-time monitoring of a cell culture object without removing the culturing container, and can also automatically adjust the conditions required for culturing.
