The present application relates to an automatic jumper apparatus and a communication device. The automatic jumper apparatus comprises: a serial data port, a serial clock port, a serial data output port, a serial clock output port, a detection module and a switching module, wherein the detection module is electrically connected to the serial data port and the serial clock port, and is used for detecting the connection state of the serial data port and the serial clock port, and outputting a control signal to the switching module; and the switching module is electrically connected to the serial data port, the serial clock port, the serial data output port and the serial clock output port, and the switching module performs switching between a first state and a second state according to the control signal. By means of the present application, the problem in the prior art of a communication failure between a slave device and a master device when a serial data signal and a serial clock signal are exchanged is solved, so as to realize the automatic adjustment of a connection relationship between an SCL interface and an SDA interface of the slave device and a bus, such that the slave device can always communicate with the master device.
