A positioning and pressing apparatus for the automatic production of luggage. The luggage comprises a frame (4) and a casing (5) connected to the frame. A connecting groove (41) for embedding the lower end of the casing is formed on the frame. The positioning and pressing apparatus comprises a base frame (11), a mounting seat (12), a fixing mechanism and a guiding mechanism (14). The mounting seat is arranged on the base frame for mounting the frame. The fixing mechanism is arranged on the mounting seat and is used for fixing the frame. The guiding mechanism is arranged on the base frame, guides the casing to be embedded into the connecting groove so as to complete the connection with the frame, and comprises four guide blocks (141) which are arranged in a matrix on the base frame and which are respectively opposite to four corners of the connecting groove. The contact surfaces between the guide blocks and the casing are circular arc-shaped surfaces (1411). The frame is fixed by means of providing the fixing mechanism, and at the same time, in cooperation with the guiding mechanism, the corners of the casing may be quickly and accurately embedded into the connecting groove by means of the circular arc-shaped surfaces of the guide blocks, so as to ensure connection precision between the frame and the casing, increase the yield of luggage, reduce labor and increase the production efficiency. An automatic luggage production device comprising the positioning and pressing apparatus, and a production method are also related to.
