Abstract:
An automatic metal wire bending machine. The automatic metal wire bending machine comprises: a stepping transfer mechanism which comprises a main rack (1), a lifting mechanism (52) and a translation mechanism (53), the lifting mechanism (52) being mounted on the main rack (51), the translation mechanism (53) being connected to the lifting mechanism (52) and being horizontally switched among successively arranged first, second, third, fourth and moving-out stations (E) relative to the main rack (51), and transfer claws (54) being provided on the translation mechanism (53); a first bending mechanism (1), arranged on the first station (A) and used for symmetrically bending a fixed-length straight metal wire into a U-shaped metal wire (6); a second bending mechanism (2), arranged on the second station (B) and used for symmetrically bending end parts of the U-shaped metal wire (6) into outwards-facing structures; a third bending mechanism (3), arranged on the third station (C) and used for symmetrically and inwards bending the U-shaped metal wire (6) having the outwards-facing end parts; and a fourth bending mechanism (4), arranged on the fourth station (D) and used for bending the inwards-bent U-shaped metal wire (6) into a finished lifting lug (7). Further disclosed is a corresponding automatic metal wire bending method.
