An automatic rehabilitation massage chair, comprising a frame body (1); a base (10) mounted on the frame body (1); a swinging member (20) which is mounted above the base (10) in a manner of being capable of horizontally moving relative to the base (10) and is used for bearing a chair cushion (2) located above the swinging member; a driving motor (30) connected to the base (10); and a transmission mechanism (40), one end of which is connected to the driving motor (30), and the other end of which is connected to the swinging member (20). The transmission mechanism (40) can convert the rotating force of the axis of the driving motor (30) into a transverse reciprocating force to drive the swinging member (20) to perform a reciprocating motion in a transverse back-and-forth manner and to drive the chair cushion (2) above the swinging member to perform a transverse reciprocating motion, such that a user sitting on the chair cushion (2) feels comfortable, and muscles of the body of the user can be stretched to achieve the effects of activating collaterals, muscles and bones and promoting blood circulation. A turnover back frame (3) is mounted on a rear side of the base (10), and a turnover and telescopic foot frame (4) is mounted on a front side of the base; and an induction mechanism (100) can return the chair cushion (2) to a set position according to a rotation position of the transmission mechanism (40).
