Abstract:
An automatic shoemaking production line, comprising: a shoe sole conveying belt (1), wherein the shoe sole conveying belt (1) sequentially passes through a shoe sole taking station, a shoe sole treating agent spraying station (5), a shoe sole front-baking station, a shoe sole adhesive spraying station (6) and a shoe sole rear-baking station; and a carrier plate conveying belt (2), wherein the carrier plate conveying belt (2) is used for conveying a carrier plate (9) loaded with a shoe tree, the shoe tree is sleeved with an upper, and the carrier plate conveying belt (2) sequentially passes through an upper surface pre-treatment station (22), an upper surface treating agent spraying and polishing station, an upper surface front-baking station, an upper surface adhesive spraying station, an upper surface rear-baking station, a sole attaching station (12), a sole pressing station and a post-treatment station (23) to form an annular conveying belt. The work related to shoe soles and shoe uppers is performed synchronously, such that the production efficiency is high; after the shoe soles and the shoe uppers are processed, the shoe soles and the shoe uppers are attached to one another by means of the sole attaching station (12) and the sole pressing station to complete a shoemaking operation, such that the automation degree is high; and the carrier plate (9) is always conveyed by means of the carrier plate conveying belt (2), the carrier plate (9) does not need to be manually carried, etc., such that the labor cost is effectively reduced, the amount of space occupied is small, and the space utilization rate is high.
