Abstract:
The embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an automatic storage array extension method and apparatus, and a device and a medium. The method comprises: acquiring the total number of word lines of a target extended storage array, and the total number of bit lines of the target extended storage array; calculating the stretch amount of a stretch array in a stretch direction according to the total number of word lines, the total number of bit lines, the total number of word lines of the stretch array, the total number of bit lines of the stretch array, and a preset stretch rule; calculating the number of times of replication of a repeating array in a replication direction according to the stretch amount, the total number of word lines of the repeating array, the total number of bit lines of the repeating array, and a preset replication rule; and controlling at least part of the stretch array and at least part of the repeating array to stretch in the stretch direction by the stretch amount, and controlling the repeating array to perform replication in the replication direction by the number of times of replication, so as to obtain the target extended storage array. The present disclosure prevents errors such as an unclear boundary or a coordinate offset from occurring during the process of manually extending a storage array, thereby effectively improving the production efficiency and output quality of a semiconductor storage product.
