Abstract:
The present application provides an automatic temperature control device integrating magnetocaloric and liquid cooling functions, and a manufacturing method therefor. The automatic temperature control device integrating magnetocaloric and liquid cooling functions comprises: a plurality of automatic temperature control elements (2), wherein the automatic temperature control elements (2) comprise automatic temperature control heat sources (22), the automatic temperature control heat sources (22) comprise magnetic nanoparticles and hydrogels, the magnetic nanoparticles are dispersed in the hydrogels, and the magnetic nanoparticles can generate heat in an alternating magnetic field; and a thermal field base plate (1), wherein the thermal field base plate (1) is provided with a plurality of mounting slots (11), the automatic temperature control elements (2) are arranged in the mounting slots (11), a liquid cooling channel (12) is arranged around the mounting slots (11), and the liquid cooling channel (12) is used for allowing for passage of a cooling medium.
