Abstract:
An automatic tool setting system based on a spectrum confocal displacement sensor, the system comprising: a three-dimensional moving platform, a tool setting assembly based on a spectrum confocal displacement sensor, a workpiece clamping device, a machine tool and a control module. The three-dimensional moving platform is fixedly arranged on an outer side of the machine tool. The tool setting assembly is connected to the three-dimensional moving platform. The workpiece clamping device clamps a workpiece (9) to be machined. The workpiece (9) to be machined is mounted between a machine tool fixed centre (8) and a machine tool moving centre (10) by means of mechanical connection. The spectrum confocal displacement sensor (18) is connected to the control module. After performing determination on collected working condition data, the control module outputs a control instruction to the three-dimensional moving platform.
