Abstract:
An automation-based food packaging and sealing device, comprising a box body (1) and a starting device (3). The top part of the box body (1) communicates with a feeding hopper (2). The top part of the inner wall of the box body (1) communicates with a discharge pipe (4) located directly below the feeding hopper (2). The top part of the inner wall of the box body (1) is fixedly connected to a support plate (5) located on the left side of the discharge pipe (4). The right side of the support plate (5) and the left side of the inner wall of the box body (1) are each fixedly installed with an electric telescopic rod (6). The opposite ends of the two electric telescopic rods (6) are each fixedly connected with an ejector rod (7), and one end of each ejector rod (7) is fixedly installed with a heating piece (8). A first conveyor belt (9) and a second conveyor belt (10) run through in order from left to right at the inner part of the box body (1). In the automation-based food packaging and sealing device, a packaging bag is conveyed below the discharge pipe by means of the second conveyor belt. Once an infrared sensor senses the packaging bag, the second conveyor belt is controlled to stop conveying. The discharge pipe is used to add food into the packaging bag. Along with the addition of food, the overall weight of the packaging bag increases to drive a top plate down until the bottom part of the top plate touches a touch switch. Discharging is stopped, and the packaging bag is sealed and pushed onto the first conveyor belt for conveying to the next process. The structure is simple, no manual operation is required, and the device costs are low, which is suitable for small-scale enterprise productions.
