Abstract:
An automobile accessory die, comprising: an upper die plate (1) and a lower die plate (2); the upper die plate (1) is arranged above the lower die plate (2), a top press plate (11) is fixedly arranged below the upper die plate (1), and a blank fixation plate (21) corresponding to the top press plate (11) is arranged above the lower die plate (2); two sides of the blank fixation plate (21) are respectively provided with an arc-shaped male die (22), two sides of the top press die (11) are respectively provided with an arc-shaped female die (12) corresponding to the arc-shaped male die (22), the external sides of the arc-shaped female dies (12) are respectively provided with flat press plates (13), and the external sides of the arc-shaped male dies (22) are respectively provided with flat support plates (23) corresponding to the flat press plates (13). By virtue of the automobile accessory die, a bent plate connector finished product may be obtained by a single punch, which circumvents complex and cumbersome positioning operations, results in a high degree of dimension precision in finished products, improves production efficiency, and lowers production cost.
