Abstract:
A die for a bicycle accessory, comprising an upper die fixing plate (1) and a lower die fixing plate (2), the upper die fixing plate (1) being provided above the lower die fixing plate (2), a connection block (11) being provided at the bottom of the upper die fixing plate (1), an outward bulged arc-shaped punch (12) being provided at the bottom of the connection block (11), an inward concave arc-shaped die core (21) being provided on the lower die fixing plate (2), a sleeve (15) pointing downwards being provided below the upper die fixing plate (1), a cylindrical piercer (14) pointing to the arc-shaped die core (21) being provided in the sleeve (15), and the bottom of the cylindrical piercer (14) extending to a position below the arc-shaped punch (12). When the arc-shaped punch (12) punches downwards, the cylindrical piercer (14) contacts a blank plate first to fix the blank plate, and then the arc-shaped punch (12) matches the arc-shaped die core (21) to obtain an arc-shaped fender; meanwhile, the cylindrical piercer (14) matches a blanking hole (25) to obtain on the fender a through hole for fixation of a bolt, achieving a high work efficiency, an accurate size, and a high qualification rate of the products.
