Abstract:
The present invention provides an automobile-door-hinge apparatus that enables cost reduction by facilitating commonization. An upper door hinge 1U and a lower door hinge 1L are each provided with: a door-side base member 2U, 2L; a vehicle-body-side base member 3U, 3L; a hinge shaft 4U, 4L that joins the door-side base member 2U, 2L and the vehicle-body-side base member 3U, 3L with each other in a rotatable manner; a screw body 5U, 5L that is screwed on the hinge shaft 4U, 4L in an attachable/detachable manner; bushes 6U, 6L, 7U, 7L that are interposed so that the vehicle-body-side base member 3U, 3L and the hinge shaft 4U, 4L is rotated relative to each other; and a fall-out stopper 8U, 8L that prevents the hinge shaft 4U, 4L from falling out of a shaft hole of the vehicle-body-side base member 3U, 3L in an axial direction. The upper door hinge 1U is configured so that the screw body 5U is screwed on the hinge shaft 4U from below in an attachable/detachable manner, and the lower door hinge 1L is configured so that the screw body 5L is screwed on the hinge shaft 4L from above in an attachable/detachable manner.
