Abstract:
This autonomous landing method for a drone using object recognition and camera angle control comprises the steps of: learning in advance, by a drone, to identify a landing pad through a preset deep learning algorithm; when the drone detects the landing pad and lands on the basis of photographing information obtained by a camera of the drone in an area adjacent to a landing point, maintaining the drone to be positioned at the center of a screen through a comparison with a center point of a bounding box of the landing pad on the basis of the photographing information obtained by the camera set at a certain angle from the ground, and landing in a diagonal direction; when the drone reaches a certain altitude, horizontally moving the drone by applying the trigonometric function of tanθ in consideration of the certain angle from the ground and the altitude; and changing the angle of the camera to photograph the ground vertically, and then maintaining the drone to be positioned at the center of the screen through a comparison with the center point of the bounding box of the landing pad on the basis of the photographing information obtained by the camera, and finishing the landing.
