Abstract:
An auxiliary wire feeding apparatus for motor winding. The auxiliary wire feeding apparatus for motor winding comprises a mounting side plate (1), and is characterized in that: a tightness adjustment unit (4) is mounted on the mounting side plate (1), the tightness adjustment unit (4) comprises a rotating plate (41) and a third driving motor (49), the third driving motor (49) is located at the rear end of the mounting side plate (1), the rotating plate (41) is located in the middle of the front end of the mounting side plate (1), an output shaft of the third driving motor (49) passes through the mounting side plate (1) and is fixed to the rotating plate (41), upper adjustment wheels (43) are mounted to the upper end of the front end of the rotating plate (41), the upper adjustment wheels (43) are connected to the rotating plate (41) by means of bearings, lower adjustment wheels (44) are mounted to the front end of the rotating plate (41) along the lower ends of the upper adjustment wheels (43), the lower adjustment wheels (44) are connected to the rotating plate (41) by means of sliding blocks, the sliding block are connected to the lower adjustment wheels (44) by means of bearings, the sliding blocks are slidably connected to the rotating plate (41), a plurality of lower adjustment wheels (44) are mounted, the front ends of the plurality of lower adjustment wheels (44) are connected by means of a horizontal connecting rod (45), the lower adjustment wheels (44) are connected to the horizontal connecting rod (45) by means of bearings, cylinders (46) are mounted to the lower end of the horizontal connecting rod (45), output rods of the cylinders (46) are fixedly connected to the horizontal connecting rod (45), fixed inner cores (431) are provided in the middles inside the upper adjustment wheels (43), rubber layers (434) are provided in the middles of the outer surfaces of the upper adjustment wheels (43), the rubber layers (434) and the fixed inner cores (431) are connected by means of buffer springs (432) and rubber pressure blocks (433), the rubber pressure blocks (433) are located on the outer sides of the buffer springs (432), both ends of the buffer springs (432) are fixedly connected to the rubber pressure blocks (433) and the fixed inner cores (431) respectively, and the buffer springs (432) and the rubber pressure blocks (433) are annularly arrayed around the circular centers of the fixed inner cores (431). The technical solution solves the problem of achieving balance in adjusting the feeding speed and maintaining the wire tightness state.
