Abstract:
Disclosed are a line arrangement mechanism for a hanging-type industrial robot and a use method therefor, comprising a gantry; a robot is slidably mounted at the front central position of the gantry; supporting rods are movably connected at the upper part of the gantry by means of a shockproof mechanism; and the shockproof mechanism comprises a fixed seat, a shockproof seat, a sealing gasket, a shockproof plate, a through hole, a first spring, a spring seat, a spring rod, a limiting plate, a fixing buckle, and a second spring, wherein the number of supporting rods is two, and a cross beam is fixedly connected between the two supporting rods. The line arrangement mechanism for the hanging-type industrial robot according to the present invention can have an excellent damping effect, improve the stability of the line arrangement mechanism, and also avoid the phenomenon in which various parts of the line arrangement mechanism become loose due to vibration; second, the phenomenon in which wires are too long or too short is avoided, thus further facilitating use. In addition, the disassembly and installation of wires can be facilitated, thus improving the usage convenience.
