Abstract:
An axial reinforcing method for an electromagnetic forming coil, the method comprising the following steps: winding metal conductors (3) around coil frameworks (2), and evenly applying a curing adhesive at the same time; after coil releasing is finished, evenly winding a fiber material around the outer sides of the conductors, and evenly applying a curing adhesive at the same time, so that fibers are fully impregnated; winding axial reinforcing fibers (1) after sufficient curing, each group of axial reinforcing fibers being repeatedly wound along the radius by passing through a central hole and pulled until fastened; and after the winding is finished, applying a curing adhesive to surfaces of the fibers until the fibers are fully impregnated, and after the fibers are fully cured, axial reinforcement is completed. Also disclosed is an axial reinforcing device for an electromagnetic forming coil. In the method and device, axial reinforcement is applied to an electromagnetic forming coil, thus providing effective constraint in the axial direction of the coil, and effectively prolonging the service life of the electromagnetic forming coil.
