Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of feedstuff processing equipment, and discloses a bag opening device for powdery material for use in a feedstuff factory. The bag opening device comprises a material supplying board arranged on a ground, a material tank arranged under the material supplying board, and a frame arranged above the material supplying board. A conveying mechanism for conveying bags of powdery material is provided on the frame, and a bag cutting mechanism is provided at a side of the conveying mechanism where the operation of the conveying mechanism starts. The present application has the beneficial advantages as follows. The bag opening device, has a bag cutting mechanism and a beating mechanism arranged therein, so as to save on the manpower required for the bag opening operation and reduce the harm caused by dust to the human body. Cutting scissors have a scissor structure that is more suitable for opening bags. Bags of powdery material are conveyed under the action of screw rods, and are cut and beaten sequentially, so that the powdery material falls into the material tank underneath. Screw rods can lift one end of the bags to allow the powdery material to fall. Long protruding strips on a support board intermittently contact with protrusions on the material supplying board so that the powdery material is shaken and sufficiently falls into the material tank, thus increasing production efficiency.
