Abstract:
A bamboo strip splicing device for bamboo carriage bottom plate processing, comprising a fixed bottom plate (1). A control device (2), a feeding frame (3), a glue tank (4), and a splicing table (5) are sequentially arranged on the upper portion of the fixed bottom plate in the transverse direction; a conveyor belt (6) is arranged on the upper portion of the feeding frame; a U-shaped supporting frame (7) is obliquely mounted on the outer surface of the glue tank; a first gluing assembly (8) is slidably connected to the U-shaped supporting frame; a second gluing assembly (9) is slidably connected to the outer surface of the splicing table; and a supporting column (10) is slidably connected to the longitudinal end of the upper portion of the fixed bottom plate in the transverse direction. The bamboo strip splicing device can implement automatic operations of splicing the bottommost bamboo strip, gluing after the bottommost bamboo strip is spliced, gluing before splicing the upper-layer bamboo strips, splicing the upper-layer bamboo strips after gluing, and moving when the bamboo strips are spliced, such that the stacked bamboo strips form a structure that the upper surface of the uppermost bamboo strip does not have glue and the lower surface of the bottommost bamboo strip does not have glue, the labor intensity is reduced, the production and processing efficiency is improved, and the consistency of the quality of finished products can be ensured.
