Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a band saw blade manufacturing method and a band saw blade. The band saw blade manufacturing method comprises the following steps: sequentially subjecting a gear-milled dual-metal band saw blade to leveling and straightening, tooth dividing, quenching, tempering, and surface treatment, to further process same into a dual-metal band saw blade. During the leveling and straightening process, the surface temperature of the dual-metal band saw blade is increased, and after leveling and straightening, the surface temperature of the dual-metal band saw blade is increased by 25-50℃. By using the band saw blade manufactured in the present invention, the internal stress of the band saw blade is greatly reduced or even eliminated, such that deformation caused by internal stress release during quenching is small, so that deformation of a turtle back, an S bend, etc., after quenching is controlled; and by leveling and straightening, burrs on both sides of the band saw are flattened, such that the tooth dividing precision and symmetry degree are greatly improved, which can effectively improve the quality and yield of the band saw blade.
