The present application relates to the technical field of batteries, and provides a cell and an electric device. The cell comprises an electrode assembly, a first tab, and a first filler. The electrode assembly comprises stacked first electrode sheet units, second electrode sheet units, and isolating film units. The first electrode sheet units and the second electrode sheet units have opposite polarities, and are alternately arranged in a preset direction. The isolating film units are provided between adjacent first electrode sheet units and second electrode sheet units. One of the first electrode sheet units is provided with a first slot. One end of the first tab is mounted in the first slot, and the other end extends outside of the electrode assembly. A gap is provided between the first tab and the sidewall of the first slot. The first filler is mounted in the second electrode sheet unit facing the first slot. The first filler comprises a first extending portion. At least part of the first extending portion is used for extending into the gap. The cell provided in embodiments of the present application can reduce the current risk of the falling off of active substances inside the cell.
