Abstract:
Disclosed is a barbecue device having an upper cover. The device comprises a cooking chamber (1), barbecue tubes (2) vertically arranged on a side wall of the cooking chamber (1), a horizontally rotatable barbecue grill (3), and a stopping device. The barbecue grill (3) comprises an upper beam (3.1) and a combination food carrier (3.2) supported by same. The combination food carrier (3.2) comprises a central gear (3.22), several driving gears (3.23) and hanging carriers (3.26) matching same. The axis of the central gear (3.22) coincides with the axis of the barbecue grill (3), and is provided with a structure matching a retaining structure (4.1) of the stopping device. The several driving gears (3.23) are arranged surrounding the central gear (3.22), with gear teeth of the driving gears being engaged with gear teeth of the central gear (3.22). Upper portions of the hanging carriers (3.26) are connected to the driving gears (3.23). During barbecuing, the stopping device prevents the central gear (3.22) from rotating following the barbecue grill (3), so that the driving gears (3.23) perform a circular motion following the barbecue grill (3) and the hanging carriers (3.26) below the driving gears rotate around their own axes. The stopping device is a stopping frame (4) attached to an upper opening of the cooking chamber, and may also be a stopping rod (6) arranged at the centre of an inner side of an upper cover (3.21) and pointing downwards when the upper cover (3.21) is closed. The technical problem of uneven heating of food hung around the barbecue grill (3) can be solved.
