Abstract:
A base material film is provided that is unlikely to become electrostatically charged. A base material film used for a tape that prevents looseness of an electrode wound body, the base material film containing a vinylidene fluoride resin as a primary component and including at least 1 and less than 12,000 ppm by weight of an ionic surfactant of the vinylidene fluoride resin.
