Abstract:
Provided is a rubber extrusion device whereby the width of rubber can easily be adjusted. A rubber extrusion device 1 for extruding a rubber molding G. A rubber extrusion device 1 includes a pre-former 11 including at least a second flow channel 14 for extruding a second rubber G2, and an insert block 13 which divides the second flow channel 14 and includes a first flow channel 15 for extruding a first rubber G1. The first flow channel 15 has a first discharge port 15a for discharging the first rubber G1 in a first direction F, and an end part 15b terminating on the opposite side from the first discharge port 15a. The insert block 13 is divided by a dividing surface B extending from the end part 15b in the opposite direction from the first direction F of the first rubber G1.
