Abstract:
This base comprises: a base main body; a plurality of legs which are for supporting the base main body on an installation surface; a plurality of movement apparatuses which are for moving the base main body along the installation surface; a plurality of fixing support columns which are provided between the base main body and one of the legs and the movement apparatuses, and which positionally fix and support said one with respect to the base main body; a plurality of raising/lowering support columns which are provided between the base main body and the other one of the legs and the movement apparatuses, and which support said other one with respect to the base main body in a manner enabling raising/lowering between a raised position and a lowered position; a plurality of raising/lowering mechanisms which are each capable of operating between a raised state according to the raised position and a lowered state according to the lowered position; a transmission mechanism which couples at least two of the plurality of raising/lowering mechanisms and operates in conjunction with the operation of the raising/lowering mechanisms; and an operation device which operates the raising/lowering mechanisms and/or the transmission mechanism.
