Abstract:
An ion removal apparatus according to the present disclosure is used for performing a desalination treatment of a liquid. The ion removal apparatus is provided with a first electrode guide and a second electrode guide, in which the first electrode guide is equipped with an inflow port through which a liquid flows in, a first electrode holding unit which holds a first electrode on which ions in the liquid are adsorbed, and an inflow water passage which serves as a flow passage that connects the inflow port to the first electrode holding unit, and the second electrode guide is equipped with an outflow port through which the liquid flows out, a second electrode holding unit into which the liquid passing through the first electrode holding unit flows and which holds a second electrode on which ions in the liquid are adsorbed, and an outflow water passage which serves as a flow passage that connects the outflow port to the second electrode holding unit.
