A battery antitheft apparatus (100), a battery compartment (200), and a battery exchange cabinet. The battery antitheft apparatus (100) comprises an electric motor (10), a cam (20), a pushing element (30), a control board (40), and a base (50). The control board (40) is electrically connected to the electric motor (10). An upper position detection switch (41) and a lower position detection switch (42) are provided on the control board (40). The cam (20) is mounted on a main shaft of the electric motor (10). An upper through hole (51) is provided on the base (50). The pushing element (30) is connected to the cam (20) and rotates with the cam (20). The pushing element (30) comprises a locking shaft (32), an upper toggling rod (33), and a lower toggling rod (34). The locking shaft (32) is inserted into the upper through hole (51). The upper toggling rod (33) is used for toggling the upper position detection switch (41). The lower toggling rod (34) is used for toggling the lower position detection switch (10). The battery antitheft apparatus (100) has a simplified overall structure, is free from jamming during use, and provides a great antitheft effect for batteries.
