Abstract:
A battery cell inspection system, a control method therefor, a controller and a storage medium. The battery cell inspection system comprises a back-surface inspection apparatus (500), a front-surface inspection apparatus (700), a bottom- and top-surface inspection apparatus (600), a side-surface inspection apparatus (800) and a transmission apparatus. The transmission apparatus is used for transmitting battery cells among the back-surface inspection apparatus (500), the front-surface inspection apparatus (700), the bottom- and top-surface inspection apparatus (600) and the side-surface inspection apparatus (800). For a battery cell provided with a plurality of layers of step planes, the bottom- and top-surface inspection apparatus (600) and the side-surface inspection apparatus (800) can respectively perform appearance inspection on the plurality of step planes by means of a plurality of first cameras (200), and can also respectively perform appearance inspection on side edges of the plurality of step planes by means of a plurality of second cameras (300). Therefore, comprehensive appearance inspection can be performed on battery cells of unconventional shapes provided with multi-layer step planes, thus improving the accuracy and reliability of appearance inspection. In addition, the battery cells can be automatically transmitted by means the transmission apparatus, so that the overall inspection efficiency can be greatly improved.
