Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a light-emitting panel, an electronic device and a manufacturing method for a light-emitting panel. The manufacturing method comprises: providing a magnetic substrate; electrifying the magnetic substrate to enable the magnetic substrate to generate a magnetic field; arranging a magnetic film layer on the surface of one side of the magnetic substrate, so as to magnetically connect the magnetic film layer and the magnetic substrate; arranging a substrate layer on the surface of the side of the magnetic film layer away from the magnetic substrate; performing epitaxial growth on the side of the substrate layer away from the magnetic film layer to form a body part; cutting the body part, the substrate layer and the magnetic film layer to obtain a plurality of light-emitting diodes arranged in an array on the magnetic substrate; and transferring the light-emitting diodes to a driving backplate. The manufacturing method for a light-emitting panel can manufacture light-emitting diodes which can be easily separated from a manufacturing substrate (a magnetic substrate), so that a transfer process of the light-emitting diodes is simple, and damages to the light-emitting diodes during a transfer process are reduced, thereby reducing the manufacturing difficulty of light-emitting panels, and raising the yield of light-emitting panels.
