Abstract:
In order to provide a battery module provided with a bus bar capable of handling large current, this battery module is provided with: a plurality of battery cells having electrode terminals (2); and bus bars that connect the electrode terminals (2) of the adjacent battery cells to each other in a state where the plurality of battery cells are layered, wherein the bus bars include a first bus bar having a first thickness and a second bus bar having a second thickness larger than the first thickness, and the first bus bar is connected to the electrode terminals (2) of the adjacent battery cells while the second bus bar is not in contact with any of the electrode terminals (2) of the battery cells.
