A battery pack and a power system comprising the same are provided. A battery pack according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a battery module having an anode terminal and a cathode terminal; a first connector having a first power terminal connected to the anode terminal, a second power terminal connected to the cathode terminal, and a first auxiliary terminal; a first resistor element having a first end electrically connected to the ground and a second end electrically connected to the first auxiliary terminal; a switching unit provided between the cathode terminal and the second power terminal; and a control unit electrically connected to the battery module, the switching unit and the second end of the first resistor element. The control unit is configured to operate in either a wake-up state or a sleep state according to a voltage of the first resistor element.
