Abstract:
The present invention relates to a battery pack. More particularly, the battery pack of the present invention comprises a pack case including a module region in which a battery module is seated, and the pack case comprises: a base plate of a hollow shape which supports the lower portion of the battery module and in which a plurality of space portions for storing cooling water are formed; a side wall coupled to the base plate along the boundary of the base plate; and partition walls coupled to the base plate so as to partition the module region in which each of battery modules is seated. The partition walls comprise a main partition wall extending across the center portion of the pack case; and a sub-partition wall having both ends coupled to the main partition wall and the side wall, and the base plate further comprises therein a flow path portion including a plurality of cooling flow paths which each have an inlet port and a discharge port respectively in both ends thereof, the inlet port and the discharge port being in communication with the space portions so that the cooling water can be supplied to the space portions, and which connect, between a pair of adjacent space portions, the space portions to be in communication with each other.
