Abstract:
The present invention provides a battery pack with battery blocks stacked in multiple rows, in which the battery pack can be made thinner while still maintaining gas ducts. A battery pack 100 comprises: a first battery block 20A and a second battery block 20B, each having a plurality of secondary battery cells 1 arranged therein; a spacer 30 disposed between the stacked first battery block 20A and second battery block 20B; and an outer case 10 housing the first battery block 20A, the second battery block 20B, and the spacer 30. The spacer 30 comprises a partitioning plate 32 which separates the first battery block 20A and the second battery block 20B from each other and which difines a first space 31A facing the first battery block 20A and a second space 31B facing the second battery block 20B, the partitioning plate 32 forming break areas 33 at least in the areas facing the secondary battery cells 1.
