Abstract:
The present invention provides a device and the like with which it is possible to improve the accuracy of battery performance evaluation of a secondary battery. On the basis of the measurement result of a complex impedance Z of a first secondary battery 221, parameter values of a secondary battery model are identified. In the secondary battery model, the impedance of internal resistance of the first secondary battery 221 is represented by transfer functions respectively indicating an IIR system and an FIR system. Further, on the basis of the result of a comparison between a voltage response characteristic V(t) outputted from a second secondary battery 222 when an impulse current I(t) is inputted to a secondary battery 220 serving as the second secondary battery 222, and a model voltage response characteristic Vmodel when the impulse current is inputted to the secondary battery model the parameter values of which have been identified, the performance of the second secondary battery 222 is evaluated.
