Abstract:
Provided is a device that aims to improve the reproduction precision, of a simulated battery, for secondary battery characteristics under a variety of conditions. Parameters (n0, n1, n2) are stipulated for a secondary battery model, for each different temperature T (n1), for each different degree of deterioration D (n2). Values for the parameters (n0, n1, n2) are identified for the secondary battery model, on the basis of measurement results for complex impedance Z for a secondary battery 220. The secondary battery model expresses internal resistance impedance for the secondary battery 220, using transfer functions indicating an IIR system and an FIR system, respectively. In addition, a voltage command value Vcmd (t) is calculated for when a current command value Icmd (t) is entered to the secondary battery model, in accordance with an identifier ID (m), a temperature T (m1), and a deterioration D (m2) for a virtual secondary battery simulated using a simulated battery 20; and a voltage V (t) corresponding to the voltage command value Vcmd (t) is applied to a specified device 200 or its load, by the simulated battery 20.
