Abstract:
Provided is a battery state detection device (1) comprising: a data acquisition unit 2 that acquires battery information including at least the voltage and current of a secondary battery; a storage unit (4) that stores battery parameters including a resistance function, for a positive electrode and a negative electrode, that is prepared in advance for each type of the secondary battery, and a resistance function for the positive electrode and the negative electrode; a parameter calculation unit (3) that calculates a fitting coefficient for identifying OCV on the basis of battery information acquired by the data acquisition unit from a charging start time to a charging end time, or from a discharging start time to a discharging end time, for each occurrence of a plurality occurrences of the secondary battery charging/discharging; and an OCV identification unit (5) that identifies SOC-OCV characteristics on the basis of the fitting coefficient calculated by the parameter calculation unit and a potential function for the positive electrode and the negative electrode stored in the storage unit. The battery state detection device thus detects the state of the secondary battery at high precision by using a small amount of data.
